Throughout the privacy notice and terms and conditions, the words “I”, “my”, “he”, and “me” refer to Thomas Solomon and his affiliates, and the words “you” and “your” refer to the user visiting the website and you or your company or organisation.

No one likes the small print. Nonetheless, it is very important and I encourage all my clients to read and understand my privacy notice which covers my data protection policies. ​I promise that I will always respect your right to privacy. I has implemented security measures to, where possible, protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information placed under my control. All data gathered as a result of your visit to my website will be treated as confidential. All the services that you purchase will be confirmed by email if you have provided an email address.

How I use your data -

But I will always seek your permission to use such personal data beforehand and respect that you are not obligated to grant such permission.
• For people who have registered their interest in my services via my website but have not yet purchased any of our services, I will ask for your consent to process your data (collecting your email address for a mailing list) before sending any marketing offers.

How long I keep your data -

• If you have signed up to an electronic mailing list, I will keep your name, email , and phone number indefinitely until you unsubscribe from that list, at which point I will delete any record of your personal data.
• If you have purchased a service from me, I will hold on to your personal data for as long as is necessary to provide you with the service(s) you have purchased. For tax purposes, I will hold your personal data for at least 12-months after the end of your service, or until the year's tax records are complete. After this time, and if you have not purchased any further services from me, I will delete your electronic personal data and shred any hard-copy personal data.
