Important Your fitness is not defined by one single session. Your fitness is honed by a journey of well-considered and timely exercise stimuli coupled with adequate recovery in the form of good nutritional choices, adequate and high-quality sleep, and well-timed rest. Missing training for a day or even a few days will not delete your fitness gains. Instead, it is likely to lower your fatigue and reinvigorate your body and mind.
